Picture day schedule is posted below.  Please arrive 15 minutes before your picture time.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT EVERY PLAYER BRINGS THEIR  GLOVE FOR PICTURES.

Come early to fill out your picture order form. Your team will not be photographed until all players are ready.

 

 

WHAT WILL HAPPEN ON PICTURE DAY

Please arrive on picture day 15 minutes before your designated picture time. Long lines are created when you are not on time.

 1. All players will line up single file with your team in our designated picture area.

2. All players MUST have a picture form in hand before having pictures taken. Even if you are not purchasing pictures.

3. Once you have taken your individual picture, you are welcome to go.  Team pictures  will be created from your individual image.

You MUST get your individual picture taken to be in your team group.

COACHES: WE ASK IF YOU ARE A COACH OR ASSISTANT COACH TO PLEASE HELP ASSIST YOUR PLAYERS GETTING THERE PICTURE TAKEN. Especially T-Ball players…Thank You.

 

 

TO HAVE YOUR PICTURE TAKEN YOU WILL NEED A PICTURE ENVELOPE. EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT BUYING PICTURES.
